The staff were clearly explained all the features, finance options, and documentation process.
The delivery was done on time, with proper registration, insurance, and paperwork handled smoothly. The vehicle was well-prepared, cleaned, and decorated for the handover.
The scooter was delivered in excellent condition with a full PDI (pre-delivery inspection). All features were explained, including safety checks, starting, and maintenance tips.
They provided me with the vehicle documents, warranty card, service booklet, and explained the service schedule clearly. The staff also gave a demo on how to operate key functions.
I am happy with the smooth delivery process and customer support. A big thank you to TVS and the team at Vajra TVS Kompally for making my purchase memorable.
